We are currently looking to sell our adult web site. It is over 2 years old, and has a good, steady revenue stream (enough to one person to live very well). However, the 2 founders both have full time jobs and now families, and can no longer devote the time and energy to the site. This site simply deserves better webmasters. With the right marketing, effort, and love, we estimate the site could bring 5 times what it does now within the next year.
We have a great deal of content on the site already, and a large backlog of unused content. The site could run for another year before needing more content to be produced.
The sale would include the domain, all content... everything, including equipment (this is optional). Our only requirement is that our existing members are taken of, and the buyer truly loves the industry, and wants to take the site to the zenith of its potential.
